These Terms & Conditions govern reservations, purchases, activities, and guest use of Blue Horizon Beach Spot services and facilities. By booking, entering, or participating in any activity, you agree to follow these terms.
Bookings may be accepted online, through WhatsApp, by telephone, or onsite, subject to availability.
Payments may be made by cash or credit card upon arrival, unless another payment method is confirmed directly by Blue Horizon Beach Spot.
Blue Horizon Beach Spot currently does not accept PayPal or Google Pay.
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable; however, rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
If Blue Horizon Beach Spot cancels or pauses an activity due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, or operational safety concerns, guests may be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Blue Horizon Beach Spot staff.
Guests must use life jackets and required safety equipment for water sports and other applicable activities.
Alcohol service is restricted to guests aged 18 and older. Valid identification may be required.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, including bags, phones, wallets, jewelry, and other valuables.
Water sports, beach activities, and adventure services involve inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk.
A signed waiver may be required before participating in jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling, or other high-risk activities.
Blue Horizon Beach Spot reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest if staff believe the guest may be unable to safely participate.
No littering is allowed. Guests must use the recycling bins and waste bins provided throughout the property.
Pets are allowed only in designated areas and must remain under the owner’s control at all times.
Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, local residents, and the marine environment.
Blue Horizon Beach Spot may remove any guest from the property for unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive conduct.
Day passes, adventure packages, group discounts, loyalty cards, wristbands, and referral rewards may be offered from time to time.
Group discounts may be available for bookings of 5 or more guests, subject to confirmation.
Referral rewards, including 20–25% off a future visit, may be subject to booking confirmation, availability, and current promotional rules.
Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly confirmed by Blue Horizon Beach Spot.
Food and drinks may be available through the snack bar, including cocktails, fresh juices, and other refreshments.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Blue Horizon Beach Spot reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at its discretion.
Guests must help protect Andros’ marine environment by avoiding littering, respecting wildlife, and following all staff instructions around the beach and water areas.
Guests must not damage eco-friendly materials, equipment, furniture, landscaping, or other property.
Blue Horizon Beach Spot may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
